We are looking for a Mechanical Support Engineer to join our team and write new success stories.

What will your day look like? Let’s describe.

  • Communicating with customers via Jira, phone, email, WhatsApp, and Skype (primarily B2B support).
  • Providing remote assistance via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
  • Occasionally performing service tasks as directed by the department head—Support Manager (Hardware).
  • Providing internal assistance and consulting to the service, sales, and production departments,
  • Participating in remote customer training at organized events or as part of the training center.
  • Assisting with writing and editing user documentation.
  • Testing equipment and usage scenarios.

What are you bringing? These are your secret ingredients for success:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or work experience in comparable fields.
  • Computer literacy and an understanding of basic communication protocols
  • A knack for professional communication with clients
  • An understanding of technical documentation
  • Basic knowledge of electrical installation components
  • Accuracy, reliability, and initiative
  • Willingness to share knowledge with colleagues
  • Class B driver’s license
