We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and write new success stories.

What will your day look like? Let’s describe.

  • Actively developing and expanding the sales market in assigned regions and identifying new business opportunities in the field of AC charging infrastructure
  • Identifying, acquiring, and developing long-term business partners (distributors, strategic partners, major direct customers)
  • Managing key accounts and developing long-term partnerships
  • Advising customers on selecting optimal solutions based on their technical and business needs
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies in individual markets and regions
  • Monitoring the market, competition, legislation, and trends in the field of e-mobility and charging infrastructure
  • Collaborating on the preparation of tender documents, proposals, and technical solutions for key projects
  • Presenting solutions to clients, organizing sales meetings, presentations, and technical meetings
  • Preparing sales analyses, reports, and forecasts, and regularly reporting on results and market opportunities

What are you bringing? These are your secret ingredients for success:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree (in economics, engineering, or a related field)
  • Experience in sales, business development, or project management (preferred: energy, infrastructure, or e-mobility)
  • Excellent knowledge of English (ENG)
  • Knowledge of German is desirable (DE)
  • Understanding of e-mobility and/or energy solutions is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independence, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Class B driver’s license
