We are looking for a Standardisation and Compliance Engineer to join our team and write new success stories.
What will your day look like? Let’s describe.
- – Interpret and apply regulations.
- – Compliance assurance: You ensure that our products meet all safety, environmental and technical requirements – at home and in foreign markets.
- – Working with external institutions: You communicate with regulatory agencies, certification laboratories and other professional bodies.
- – Preparation of technical documentation: You create wiring diagrams, connection plans, supporting drawings and documentation for product certification.
- – Sales and development support: You provide technical support to the sales team to enter new markets and participate in the development of new products.
- – Component testing and approval: You are involved in the testing process, participate in the selection of components and ensure that they are included in the qualified parts list.
- – Research and innovation: You are actively involved in researching new technologies and optimising existing solutions.
- – Working closely with other departments: you work with Quality, Technology, Production, Purchasing, Development and Design.

- – Experience of working with complex documents – technical standards, legislation, summaries of technical texts and interpretation of meaning.
- – Excellent command of English (oral and written); knowledge of German or other foreign languages is a strong advantage.
- – Engineering approach to solving challenges and technical ingenuity.
- – Self-initiative in exploring new technologies, standards and regulations.
- – High level of accuracy and responsibility in work.
- – Technical mindset with a strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
