We are looking for a Head of Software Development for Charging Stations to join our team and write new success stories.
What will your day look like? Let’s describe.
- – Ensuries that FW development proceeds according to plan.
- – Ensures timely execution, reporting potential delays/risks to the development manager in a timely manner.
- – Performing code reviews, reviewing and monitoring the execution of unit tests for the FW area.
- – Checking the functioning of CI/CD.
- – Ensuring an appropriate workload for developers.
- – Consolidating release notes.
- – After completion of the development phase, submitting the new “version” for HW/SW QA validation.
- – Reviews whether the specifications based on the requirements are appropriate.
- – Prepares the scope of the release (HW/SW).
What are you bringing? These are your secret ingredients for success:
- – A University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- – At least 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- – 10+ years of experience with C/C++/C#/Python and a good understanding of the associated ecosystems.
- – Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming
- – Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C/C++/C#/Python
- – Knowledge and use of containerization using Docker.
- – Several years of experience in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- – Knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL, key-value pair, Full-text search (Elastic, SOLR) data structures.
- – Knowledge and experience with the use and management of CI/CD processes and systems.
- – Use of automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- – Professional understanding of source code management tools.
- – Knowledge and experience with Linux/Unix environments.
- – Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol is an advantage.
- – Familiarity with various architectural patterns.
- – Good knowledge and several years of experience with HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2, and WebSocket protocols.
- – Organizational and leadership skills.
