We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and write new success stories.
What will your day look like? Let’s describe.
- – Managing company projects and customer-specific projects throughout the project development life cycle (from conception to start of production).
- – Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within the agreed scope and within the agreed budget.
- – Coordinating internal resources and external suppliers/partners for the smooth execution of development projects.
- – Working closely with development, product management, compliance, quality, technology, support, and sales teams.
- – Preparing detailed project plans and monitoring progress. Proactively informing key stakeholders about project status in case of problems.
- – Preparing implementation tasks and ensuring their execution in accordance with defined milestones.
- – Monitoring and managing project risks.
- – Managing and controlling changes in project scope, costs, and deadlines.
- – Responsibility for high-quality project documentation.
- – Interacting with internal users and customers to understand and document requirements.
What are you bringing? These are your secret ingredients for success:
- – A university degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
- – At least 3 years of work experience in project and project team management.
- – Knowledge of agile product development and project management methodologies.
- – Ability to understand and solve business problems.
- – Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and project management systems (e.g., JIRA, ADO, Microsoft Project, PlanView, SCIForma, etc.).
- – Excellent written and spoken English.
- – Technical knowledge of the development of comparable products (electronic devices with embedded software) is an advantage.
- – IPMA/PMP / Prince II or comparable certification is an advantage.
- – Proactivity, self-initiative, reliability, and responsibility at work.
- – Ability to acquire domain and organizational knowledge.
