WHAT WE EXPECT
- – Experience of managing projects or teams
- – Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript
- – Knowledge of Figma/Sketch/Adobe CC tools (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign), Office 365 (MS word, MS ppt, MS excel), preferably also Miro, Jira
- – Good written and oral English language skills
- – Communication and presentation skills (creative storytelling in a fun and light-hearted way)
- – Dynamic, responsive and proactive

QUALIFICATIONS
- – College or university degree in social sciences | humanities | design
- – Experience with innovation processes and Agile approach
- – 4 years or more experience in design, including: 2 years or more experience working on realised projects, designing digital products and 1 year experience working on more complex projects in Agile product teams (e.g. system design of web applications)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- – Working as part of a team with developers, frontend architects, product managers, user research managers
- – Developing the design system and standard UI elements and design language manuals (for developers and other stakeholders).
- – Development of graphical and audio-visual interfaces for web applications, mobile applications and SW products.
- – Development of intuitive and consistent user interface solutions.
- – Working with UX designers to test solutions and ensure quality translation of user journeys into user interfaces.
- – Working with the Q.A. team to test code and ensure quality implementation of solutions.
- – Taking care of the visual aspect of the company’s brand.
- – Conducting design research (conducting interviews, observations, usability tests).
- – Performing analytics after the research (gathering insights, writing guidelines).
