PROJECT OVERVIEW
PKN ORLEN is one of the largest companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Within their sustainability efforts PKN ORLEN decided on reinforcing its low-emission endeavours with the establishment of EV charging service ORLEN Charge.
By retrofitting its existing mobility infrastructure, PKN ORLEN is complementing fuelling locations with fast EV charging stations. The network consisting of over 70 AC and DC charging stations across Poland and the Czech Republic is planned to further expand in the coming years.
Etrel was awarded the contract for the OCEAN e-mobility platform, the Charge Point Management System and a new EV charging app.
ETREL SOLUTION
Etrel OCEAN platform provides PKN ORLEN with all the necessary functionalities for the seamless provision of charging services on the Polish market as well as an opportunity for cross-border network expansion through roaming.
Transition to payable charging service will be supported by transparent pricing display in the Driver’s app as well as several options of location-based promotions and loyalty program opportunities to excite the existing customer base. A powerful billing engine will ensure the smooth transaction process.
