LOCATION: Škofljica

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant work experience or technical qualification. A Level VI degree in Computer Science or IT is a bonus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, technical support, or IT solution implementation project management for business clients is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Selling and advising existing and new customers,
  • Managing key B2B accounts,
  • Leading key client projects (e.g., implementation and use of the OCEAN platform),
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction,
  • Proactively managing accounts, understanding their market and business model,
  • Identifying and relaying suggested improvements to ensure ongoing customer success,
  • Conducting regular reviews of clients’ business models to help improve their market position and competitiveness,
  • Leading teleconferences and meetings with existing and potential business partners,
  • Presenting system solutions to current and prospective business partners,
  • Monitoring market developments,
  • Preparing offers and processing orders,
  • Assisting with and preparing tender documentation as instructed by the tender coordinator,
  • Providing expert support to clients and colleagues,
  • Working closely with the development, support, and sales teams,
  • Supporting the execution and adaptation of marketing and sales strategies in foreign markets,
  • Participating in pre-sales activities and business development,
  • Collaborating with team members and sharing best practices,
  • Keeping CRM systems updated with key sales activity information, reporting.
