Ocean EV Charging Platform is a business-critical SaaS solution used by large EV charging providers of public, workplace or residential electric vehicle charging services. Ocean provides an all-in-one solution with branded EV driver applications, B2B web portals, and a robust backend system for your employees and business customers to efficiently manage charging operations. With Ocean, companies can monetize & optimize EV charging infrastructure, streamline processes, and enhance energy usage intelligently.

We are on the lookout for a qualified relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager for the Nordics, who will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers interested in our cutting-edge products and services. As the initial point of contact for prospects, our ideal Regional Sales Manager is fluent in English & at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish), possesses a strong understanding of the sales process, excels at researching leads and starting new relationships that set the stage for successful sales closures. You should be a quick learner with exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting our offerings in a compelling manner. Every interaction with a potential customer is an opportunity for you to contribute to our top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall profitability.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE? LET'S PAINT A PICTURE.

  • Engage potential prospects through meetings, phone and email
  • Present our OCEAN solutions and raise awareness of our products
  • Identify, generate & qualify leads through effective research and engagement strategies
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders
  • Represent the company and showcase our products at key industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
  • Represent the company and our products and engage into industry-relevant conversations on Linkedin
  • Conduct research on clients to understand how our solutions meet their needs and help solving their challenges
  • Provide vital information on qualified leads to the sales team and schedule initial meetings
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads as potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with team members to develop account intelligence

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? THESE ARE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:

  • You are enjoying meeting new prospects and searching for new leads
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment with international clients
  • Tech-savvy with a background in representing technical products or software services
  • Conversation skills
  • 50 % Willingness to Travel
  • Strong time & management skills
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges
  • Experience with other EV Charge Point & Energy Management Systems
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) (both verbal and written)

Considered an Advantage:

  • Sales knowledge or background
  • Additional European language
  • Proven experience from the market of key CPOs & EMSPs
