WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE? LET'S PAINT A PICTURE.

You can definitely make an impact by:

  • Working with the project team and leading APQP activities
  • Moderating D-FMEAs and P-FMEAs on projects
  • Participating in product and process validation
  • Preparation of PPAP documentation
  • Reviewing and validating supplier PPAP documentation
  • Participating in change management on the project
  • Participating in the selection of new suppliers
  • Participating in the validation of new electronic components
  • Participating in the audit of existing and new suppliers of electronic components
  • Analysing and assessing the suitability of existing electronic components and resolving complaints with suppliers

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? THESE ARE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:

  • Completion of Level VI education in technical subjects (electrical engineering)
  • At least 3 years experience in a comparable post
  • Active knowledge of English
  • ISO 9001 internal auditor, VDA 6.3 internal auditor is an advantage
  • Knowledge of IPC standards for electronic components
  • Experience with quality tools and methods and their application (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
  • Experience with root cause analysis, problem-solving techniques, implementation of preventive and corrective actions (CAPA, 8D, Ishikawa diagram, 5x why, etc.)
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement, ensuring robust business processes and product quality
  • Experience in developing and applying quality standards and best practices
  • Ability to work independently, manage cross-functionally and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Responsibility, problem-solving and decision-making skills
